Management is exceptional, line workers are careful and diligent with their work and create an overall great experience! If you haven’t checked them out you need to…better yet just get the membership and you won’t regret it. - Long time customer!

Great experience here! Staff was extremely helpful! Matthew took time out to tell me about their bug station and although it’s self service he took the time to help me. Absolutely love coming here

I got 2 cars memberships here after years at the other Lees Summit. Those places were fine. Waterway staff is visible and friendly. Its new, clean and its just better! I don’t know the staff personally but the guy in charge, Thomas, is a good man! Friendly as heck. Try this place. All 40 or so vacuums work, and theres plenty of space to detail your car, or have them do it. They are great at that stuff.
